What a local business does

Put a sign on the counter. GivePass handles the rest.

That is the whole job. No fee, no discount, no POS integration, no cashier action, no customer identification, no purchase required.

After the campaign, your organizer’s program report shows how it performed across all participating businesses. If a sign is lost or damaged, contact your local campaign organizer for a replacement.

The sign itself

A sheet of paper, printed by the organizer.

Each participating location gets its own code. Your campaign organizer prints the sign and brings it to you. Nothing is installed, and nobody on your staff has to operate it.

If a sign is lost or damaged, the organizer reissues it. Reissuing retires the old sign, so a copied or photographed code stops working.

Nothing is charged to anyone. The sponsor already put the money up.

A demonstration, not a live campaign: the counts start from a seeded example and move as you press. Fairhaven is an example community, not a customer.

If you want in

Ask whoever runs your chamber or downtown association.

Campaigns are organized by a local chamber of commerce, Main Street organization or business improvement district — they choose the participating businesses and print the signs. If nobody near you is running one yet, tell us and we will talk to them.
