Features and pricing

Our fee never reduces the charitable pool.

A sponsor commits money to local causes, and pays a fee to run the campaign that moves it. Two separate numbers on two separate invoices. Every campaign gets the whole platform — we quote each one on the pool and the community it covers.

The rule

Two commitments, quoted and invoiced separately.

The charitable pool

Capped by the sponsor, paid straight to causes

The maximum the sponsor commits to participating causes. GivePass never holds it, and anything participants do not unlock is not owed.

The campaign fee

Fixed before launch, invoiced separately

Platform, campaign infrastructure, integrity controls, dashboards, reporting, settlement records, onboarding and support.

Campaigns start at

$10,500

in total sponsor commitment.

At least two thirds of what a sponsor commits goes to local causes, at every campaign size — and the larger the pool, the smaller the fee is against it.

Included in every campaign

There is no smaller version of GivePass.

A $10,500 first season and a $1,000,000 statewide program run on the same product, with the same verification, the same analytics and the same reporting. Pricing scales with the charitable commitment we administer. No feature is held behind a tier — the only thing that changes with size is how much of the work we do alongside you.

No feature tiersNo per-seat pricingNo paid reporting add-onNo charge to businesses, residents or causes

Verification and integrity

A scan is not a visit until it passes our checks. The number you report is the number that survived them.

In-store campaign codes, rotated and tied to a location

Scan-attempt records and anomaly review

Verified visits separated from raw scans in every report

No cashier action and no POS integration to bypass

Two ways to run it

Every campaign gets everything above. The only thing that changes between service levels is how much of the work GivePass does alongside you.

Build with GivePass

You run the campaign

Included in the campaign fee. The complete product, standard onboarding, standard support, and our recommendations on structure and milestone economics.

You handle

Recruiting participating businesses and causes

Sponsor, business, cause and community relationships

Choosing the final campaign and milestone structure

Printing and distributing signs and materials

Promoting the campaign locally

Day-to-day local coordination

Coordinating the sponsor's payments to causes at settlement

Managed with GivePass

Everything above, plus a named campaign manager

Quoted with the campaign, and included on larger programs. This adds people, not features.

Your manager handles

Campaign planning session and launch plan

Recommended milestone and funding structure

Business and cause onboarding plan

Sponsor presentation support

Configuration, signage and pre-launch readiness review

Scheduled activity, integrity and milestone reviews

Help preparing sponsor updates

Settlement review, recap and renewal planning

A campaign manager does not replace you. Local recruitment, relationships, promotion, printing and sponsor payments stay with the organizer.

One party pays. Everyone else takes part for nothing.

Participating businesses

$0

No participation fee, no merchant-funded discount, no POS integration, no cashier action.

Residents

$0

Scan a sign, collect visits, choose a cause. Nothing to buy and nothing to download.

Causes

$0

Causes receive the full amount they are owed. The GivePass fee is never taken out of it.
